Privacy & help.

How Venice Beach Sign handles your account and advertising artwork.

What is saved

We store your account name, email address, cropped artwork, campaign details and review feedback. If you set a password, we store its server-generated hash rather than the password itself. Your original image stays in your browser; the uploaded file is the finished 256 × 768 PNG.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile name. We use these to create or connect your customer account. We do not request access to Gmail or Drive. Google’s sign-in service loads when you open the enabled sign-in option.

Account emails

Our transactional email provider processes your email address and account messages to send verification, password recovery and enabled campaign updates. Password reset links expire and can be used only once.

Who can see it

Saved images and campaigns are available to your signed-in account and the shop owner through this site. They are not shown in a public gallery. The owner reviews submissions and can approve the exact image or request changes. Approval here does not publish artwork.

Keeping the service working

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and store security and usage records to protect the service. Account and storage limits apply. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Account help & removal requests

Artwork stays with your campaign; there is no automatic expiry or self-service deletion yet. Contact the shop owner at World Famous Venice Barbershop at 310-984-8006 for account or data-removal help. Available sign-in, email verification and password recovery options are shown in your account. Keep your password in a password manager. Review campaign updates under Account; email availability is shown there.

Before you upload

Only submit artwork you have permission to use. Avoid private documents, sensitive personal information, or images of people who have not agreed to appear in your advertising.
